By combining the thermal superconducting pipe and the fluid pipe in the heat exchange plate of the integrated thermal superconducting plate heat exchanger and using features of a thermal superconducting plate such as fast heat transfer rate and good temperature uniformity, a temperature difference between the heat transfer plate and air and an effective heat transfer area are increased.
