  • Publication number: 20250310143
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media related to a method for dynamic sharing of meeting assets within a messaging platform. A communication system receives one or more meeting assets that are associated with a meeting that was conducted via a video communication platform. After the meeting has ended, the communication system generates a meeting summary component configured to be displayed within the messaging platform. The meeting summary component may include information describing the meeting and meeting assets. The meeting summary component may be posted into a messaging channel of the messaging platform.

  • Publication number: 20250238620
Abstract: A system may receive a transcript comprising utterances, wherein each utterance in the transcript indicates a timestamp. The system may obtain a machine learning (ML) model trained to define topic model (TM) clusters in the transcript. The ML model may generate at least one block of utterances by shifting a window over the utterances in the transcript. At least one TM cluster may be identified for each shift of the window. The ML model may generate, for each shift of the window, TM cluster scores to assign text labels for each TM cluster. The TM cluster scores may be aggregated to generate utterance level scores. Each utterance level score may be associated with a corresponding timestamp. Topic segments may be generated based on the utterance level scores that exceed a threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20240428000
Abstract: Sentiment scores are presented within a communication session. In one embodiment, a system extracts, from a transcript, utterances including one or more sentences spoken by the participants. The system identifies a subset of the utterances spoken by a subset of the participants. For each utterance, the system determines a word sentiment score for each word in the utterance, and determines an utterance sentiment score based on the word sentiment scores. The system determines an overall sentiment score for a conversation based on the utterance sentiment scores. The system transmits, to one or more client devices, the overall sentiment score for the conversation.

  • Patent number: 5663799
Abstract: A technique for detecting damage of leads arranged in a generally parallel periodic pattern, includes the following steps: directing a coherent light beam at a plurality of adjacent leads; detecting an image at a distance from the leads at which the light beam would form a diffraction image having substantially uniform intensity when the leads form a substantially uniform pattern; moving the pattern of leads and the light beam with respect to each other; and detecting damage of leads from variation in intensity of the detected image.
