    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a thermal management component, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The thermal management component includes two heat exchange surfaces opposite to each other in a first direction; and multiple separating plates are provided between the two heat exchange surfaces, and the multiple separating plates are spaced apart, so as to form a flow channel. The separating plate is of a bent structure, such that the separating plate is retractable and deformable in the first direction. The separating plates of the thermal management component in the above embodiments can absorb external compressive forces, reducing the probability of structural failure of the thermal management component.

The sampling component is electrically connected to the conductive component and is configured to transmit or process electrical parameters acquired by the conductive component. The bearing component is configured to bear the conductive component and the sampling component and to be adapted to being inserted into a gap between two battery cells with end surfaces of the pole welded with each other. The conductive component abuts against a side surface of the pole and the sampling component, so as to realize an electric connection among the pole, the conductive component and the sampling component.
