    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method and a recovery method of pariduval mesenchymal stem cells (PMSCs). In the preparation method, a high-glucose Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) that includes a Tryple-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) enzyme of 40% to 60% in volume concentration and collagenase type II of 8 mg/ml to 12 mg/ml is used as a tissue digestion solution to digest tissue blocks, which facilitates PMSCs to climb out of the tissue blocks and grow adherently; and a serum-free DMEM is adopted as a selective medium to terminate the digestion and resuspend PMSCs, which helps to improve a purity of PMSCs, accelerate the growth of PMSCs, and achieve the rapid expansion of PMSCs in vitro.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for promoting the growth of parietal decidual basalis-mesenchymal stem cells (PDB-MSCs), which comprises promoting the growth of parietal decidual basalis-mesenchymal stem cells (PDB-MSCs) via a human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC)-derived exosome. In the present disclosure, after the PDB-MSCs are co-cultivated with the human UC-MSC-derived exosome, the PDB-MSCs show strong cell proliferation ability, prominent cell shape, and desirable cell viability. That is, the human UC-MSC-derived exosome of the present disclosure can improve a quality of PDB-MSCs and effectively improve the ability of PDB-MSCs to secrete vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and stem cell factor (SCF), so as to solve the problem that PDB-MSCs show decreased proliferation ability and poor cell viability after multiple passages, which effectively facilitates the large-scale cultivation and clinical practice of PDB-MSCs.

At first, a ring back tone device for storing and playing the ring back tone customized by a subscriber is established in the communication network. Whether a subscriber is a ring back tone service register subscriber is judged with a certain triggering mode, such as intelligent network triggering, signaling interception triggering, call forwarding triggering or switching device triggering. If it is judged the subscriber is a ring back tone service registered subscriber, a connection between the originating switching device and the terminating switching device and a connection between a switching device and the ring back tone device are established. When the called terminal is idle, the ring back tone device provides a piece of customized ring back tone to the calling subscriber for replacing traditional ring back tone.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for implementing prepaid data services in a mobile communication network. In this system, a Data service Access Control Point (DACP), which is used for fulfilling price confirmation function and fee application function for data services, is added between a Service Control Point (SCP) storing prepaid account information of subscribers and a Prepaid Server/Content of Process Gateway (PPS/CP GW) used for data service charging. In the method of the present invention, by means of the interaction among a Packet Data Service Note (PDSN), a Home Authentication Authorization and Accounting (HAAA) server, the PPS/CP GW, the DACP and the SCP, the SCP deducts the fees from the prepaid account, and the PDSN controls the subscriber to utilize data service according to the fees deducted by the SCP.
