    Abstract: A display panel, a fabricating method thereof, and a display device are disclosed, which relate to the field of display technology. The display panel comprises an array substrate, an assembly substrate, and a liquid crystal layer arranged between the array substrate and the assembly substrate. The display panel has a totally transmissive mode and a totally reflective mode. An electrochromic reflective layer is arranged on a side of the array substrate close to the liquid crystal layer, and is configured to reflect external ambient light in the totally reflective mode and to exhibit a transparent state to completely transmit light in the totally transmissive mode.
