    Abstract: Disclosed is a stylus pen combined with an antenna in a touch screen type-wireless terminal. The stylus pen has a built-in antenna and is detachably disposed in the touch screen type-wireless terminal, and the built-in antenna makes electrical connection with an antenna contact portion of an RF board of the terminal when the stylus pen is completely inserted in the terminal, such that the terminal has an improved antenna radiation characteristic and quality when compared with a terminal only having a fixed terminal antenna. The built-in antenna in the stylus pen may be a ?/4 dipole antenna or a ?/4 monopole antenna.

The metallocene catalyst is useful to produce syndiotatic styrene polymer having superior steroreguality, high melting point and broad molecular weight distribution with high activity together with a small amount of a cocatalyst. Further disclosed is a method for preparing styrene polymers using the same catalyst.

The system includes groups of modules each being selected from first and second modules. The first module includes a plurality of bake units each having bake boxes arranged in a multi-layered fashion, the bake units being arranged adjacent to one another in the wafer feeding direction, and a spin unit, such as a spine coater or a spine developer, fixedly mounted on the bake units.
