    Abstract: A tidal current generating unit, including a turbine, a hub, a generator, a bearing set and a fixed flange. The turbine is connected to the rotor of the generator through the hub, and the rotor is rotatably mounted on the outer circumference of the stator of the generator via the bearing set, and the turbine drives the rotating component to rotate to generate electricity. A density of a blade is much smaller than a density of the seawater, such that the blade has a sufficient buoyancy that offsets the gravity of the rotating component in seawater, and the load of the bearing sets is reduced. The blade is a backswept blade and the hydrodynamic central axis of the blade is inclined from a flange central axis of the blade at a first angle, and the blade is able to automatically change the pitch without relying on an external force.

    Abstract: Laminated steel having a low interface bubble rate, comprising: a substrate with a surface roughness of 0.15-0.25 ?m and a modified flexible polyester film thermally laminated onto the surface of the substrate. The modified flexible polyester film is obtained by copolymerization modification of ethylene terephthalate with a low-molecular-weight aliphatic polyester. A method for manufacturing the laminated steel having an extremely low interface bubble rate, comprising the steps of: (1) preheating and then heating the substrate; (2) uncoiling the modified flexible polyester film at room temperature, and then thermally laminating same onto the substrate; and (3) cooling and squeeze-drying.

    Abstract: Provided are a chromium-free surface-treated tinplate, a production method and a surface treating agent thereof. By coating, on the surface of a tinplate, an environmentally friendly aqueous surface treating agent containing 0.1-5 wt % of a zinc salt, 0.1-5 wt % of a zirconium salt and/or a molybdenum salt and 5-30 wt % of siloxane or polysiloxane, a layer of chromium-free passivation film having uniform and dense ingredients and a good performance and being stable is formed on the surface of a tin layer. The passivation film contains 0.1-20 mg/m2 of zinc, 0.1-20 mg/m2 of zirconium and/or molybdenum and 0.5-100 mg/m2 silicon. The passivation film can impart an excellent surface stability, corrosion resistance and paint film adhesion performance to the surface of the tinplate; in addition, contact with food is safe.
