The electronic device includes a communication module, memory, including one or more storage media, storing instructions, a display, and a processor communicatively coupled to the communication module, the memory, and the display, wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to receive, through the communication module, identification information related to a stylus pen from the stylus pen, in response to a first input of the stylus pen, based on authentication information corresponding to the identification information stored in the memory, display an authentication screen for authenticating the stylus pen, receive, through the authentication screen, a second input of the stylus pen, and based on authentication being met based on the authentication information and the second input, provide content corresponding to the authentication information.

The instructions, which, when executed, configure the at least one processor to control the first display to display a preview image of each of a plurality of screens including a first screen, receive a first user input for modifying a background image of the first screen in an area in which the preview image corresponding to the first screen is displayed, modify a background image of each of the plurality of screens by synchronizing a modification corresponding to the first user input among background images of the plurality of screens, and control the first display to display the preview image of each of the plurality of screens including the modified background image.
