Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a mowing height adjusting device and an automatic mower having the same. The mowing height adjusting device comprises a mowing component and a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a first housing and a first motor, the first housing is directly connected with the mowing component, the first housing is configured to surround and form a first accommodating cavity, the first motor is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity, the first motor is configured to drive the first housing to rotate around a first axis to drive the mowing component to move in a first direction, and the extension direction of the first axis is parallel to the first direction. The device is small in volume and compact in structure.
