The method includes: generating a training dataset according to experimental data; performing one or more filtering operations on the training dataset to generate one or more filtered training datasets respectively corresponding to the filtering operations; training a first neural network and a second neural network by inputting the original and filtered training datasets; evaluating the first and the second neural network; obtaining one or more classification accuracies of the first and the second neural network; identifying the differences between pairs of classification accuracies; and determining impact level of each information preserved or removed by each of the filtering operations according to the differences.

    Abstract: A material structure for silicon-based gallium nitride microwave and millimeter-wave devices and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The material structure includes: a silicon substrate; a dielectric layer of high thermal conductivity, disposed on an upper surface of the silicon substrate, and an uneven first patterned interface being formed between the dielectric layer and the silicon substrate; a buffer layer, disposed on an upper surface of the dielectric layer, and an uneven second patterned interface being formed between the buffer layer and the dielectric layer; a channel layer, disposed on an upper surface of the buffer layer; and a composite barrier layer, disposed on an upper surface of the channel layer. In the material structure, the uneven patterned interfaces increase contact areas of the interfaces, a thermal boundary resistance and a thermal resistance of device are reduced, and a heat dissipation performance of device is improved.

    Abstract: Provided is a combined suction anchor reinforced by a grouting spiral anchor, including a gravity suction anchor, an L-shaped skirt board and a spiral anchor. The gravity suction anchor includes a suction anchor top plate and a wall of a suction anchor barrel body and uses a concrete press block to reach an estimated set position faster during penetration due to self-weight thereof. Thereafter, the skirt board is lifted to outside of the suction anchor through a lug, and a fixing bolt is used to connect the skirt board to the suction anchor. The spiral anchor rod passes through a skirt board hole performed in the skirt board to penetrate into a deep site of seabed, and concrete is grouted through the skirt board hole to a seabed soil area loosened due to penetration of the spiral anchor rod, thereby forming a concrete reinforced area after the concrete solidifies.

A direction of the launching device is adjusted through a universal rotating shaft to control the shell structure to be launched from a specified direction to collide with soil at a predetermined position. A high-speed camera is used to capture an entire experiment process, and strain and acceleration sensors are used to collect experiment data.

The method for preparing the AlN based template having the Si substrate, which includes: providing the Si substrate; growing an AlN nucleation layer on the Si substrate; and introducing an ion passing through the AlN nucleation layer and into the Si substrate. After the AlN nucleation layer is prepared on the Si substrate, the ions are introduced into the Si substrate and the AlN nucleation layer through the AlN nucleation layer. In this way, types of the introduced ions can be expanded. In addition, a carrier concentration at an interface between the Si substrate and the AlN nucleation layer and a carrier concentration in the AlN nucleation layer can also be reduced.
