The first polarizer is provided with a first light-transmitting hole. The color film layer is provided with a light-transmitting region. A control electrode is provided in the light-transmitting region. The substrate is provided with a liquid crystal display region and an aperture adjustment region. The position of the aperture adjustment region corresponds to the position of the first light-transmitting hole. The liquid crystal display region is spaced apart from the aperture adjustment region. The aperture adjustment region is filled with guest host liquid crystals. The substrate has a driving circuit. The driving circuit is connected to the control electrode. The driving circuit drives the guest host liquid crystals to deflect and so as to adjust an aperture.

The system consists essentially of a waste liquid incinerator (I), a gas-solid separator (II), a heat exchanger (III), an air blower (IV), an anti-caking agent storage tank (V), a membrane method dust cleaner (VI), an induced draft fan (VII), a check valve (VIII), and a desulfurization tower (IX). The present invention introduces the dust collecting membrane into the tail gas treatment system and utilizes the small pore size and high porosity of the dust collecting membrane to prevent inorganic salt particles from entering the internal of the filter material and agglomerating there. When the humidity of the gas entering the dust collector increases during the dust removing process, the anti-caking agent is also introduced into the tail gas treatment system to change the surface structure of the inorganic salt crystal to prevent the crystal from agglomeration.

The method includes, at an electronic device: receiving a service access request from a user; parsing the request to determine the user's service attribute which at least includes a requested bandwidth, a currently occupied bandwidth and a priority; and determining a strategy for bandwidth allocation, including: determining a predetermined available bandwidth for the determined priority, comparing a sum of the requested bandwidth and currently occupied bandwidth with the available bandwidth, and refusing to allocate the requested bandwidth if the sum of the requested bandwidth and currently occupied bandwidth is greater than the available bandwidth, or otherwise allocating the requested bandwidth. The embodiments of the disclosure show the method and electronic device for bandwidth allocation in question, which allocate user's bandwidth in a dynamic manner, realize efficient utilization thereof and avoid wastes therefrom.
