    Abstract: Provided are automatic cleaning devices for a monocrystalline silicon bar, which include a base frame, a sprayer, a scrubber, and an air-jetter. Bottom of an inner side of the base frame is configured to place a monocrystalline silicon bar. A plurality of groups of the sprayers, a plurality of groups of the scrubbers, and a plurality of groups of the air-jetters are all disposed on side walls and a top surface of the base frame whose bottom of an inner side is removed. The sprayer is configured to spray the monocrystalline silicon bar. The scrubber is configured to scrub the monocrystalline silicon bar. The air-jetter is configured to purge the monocrystalline silicon bar.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for removing silicon powder in a coolant for monocrystalline silicon slicing with a diamond wire, including following steps: preparing an inorganic coagulation-inducing saline solution; mixing the inorganic coagulation-inducing saline solution with a waste coolant of the coolant after monocrystalline silicon slicing to obtain a mixture, and leaving the mixture to stand to carry out agglomeration and precipitation of the silicon powder. The inorganic coagulation-inducing saline solution has advantages of being inexpensive, non-toxic, easy to obtain, and achieving good agglomeration and precipitation. It is inexpensive to remove the silicon powder in the waste coolant for the monocrystalline silicon slicing with the diamond wire, and does not cause environmental pollution. The recovered silicon powder can be recycled and sold again, and the coolant can be reused for cutting after simple treatment.

    Abstract: A method for cutting a monocrystalline silicon square rod may include the steps of: loading: providing a square rod on a working platform and clamping the square rod, and lowering the square rod until it comes into contact with a diamond wire; cutting: setting cutting parameters, and cutting the square rod by forward and reverse reciprocating movement along the diamond wire, wherein during cutting process, first speed of the working platform varies synchronously with wire speed; and unloading: unloading after the cutting step is finished, wherein the square rod is gradually separated from the diamond wire.
