Abstract: A multi-layer foamed floorboard and its preparation method are provided. The multi-layer foamed floorboard includes a surface layer and a core layer with a surface layer-core layer-surface layer structure. Raw materials of the surface layer include a first polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin powder, a first calcium carbonate powder, a recycled material, a first calcium-zinc stabilizer, a first foaming aid, a toughening agent, a first internal lubricant, a first external lubricant and carbon black. Raw materials of the core layer include a second PVC resin powder, a second calcium carbonate powder, a foaming recycled material, a second calcium-zinc stabilizer, a second foaming aid, a foaming regulator, a yellow foaming agent, a white foaming agent, a second internal lubricant and a second external lubricant.

Abstract: A floorboard includes a main body, a first coupling structure and a second coupling structure. The first coupling structure is provided with a first tenon and a second tenon arranged spaced apart. The first tenon and the second tenon are configured to partially incline relative to the main body. Two opposite sides of the main body are respectively provided with the first coupling structure and the second coupling structure. The second coupling structure is provided with a first mortise and a second mortise. The first mortise is configured to fit the first tenon. The second mortise is configured to fit the second tenon.

The tenon includes a first side portion and a second side portion. A second side portion includes a first connecting surface and a second connecting surface. The mortise includes a first recess and a second recess. The second recess includes a third connecting surface and a fourth connecting surface. When two floorboards are connected, the first coupling structure of one of the two floors is matched with the second coupling structure of the other of the two floors, and the first connecting surface of one of the two floorboards is matched with the third connecting surface of the other of the two floorboards, so as to lock the connection of the two floorboards.

Abstract: A semi-rigid polypropylene floorboard includes a polypropylene wear-resistant layer, a polypropylene decorative layer, an adhesive layer, a polypropylene substrate layer and an enhancement layer arranged from top to bottom in sequence. The adhesive layer is made of a maleic acid-modified polypropylene resin, and a thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.05 mm-0.2 mm. The enhancement layer is made of a modified polypropylene fiber. A preparation of the semi-rigid polypropylene floorboard is also provided, in which the polypropylene wear-resistant layer, the polypropylene decorative layer, the adhesive layer, the polypropylene substrate layer and the enhancement layer are subjected to hot-pressing lamination, tempering, punching and trimming to obtain the desired product.

In the method, a substrate and an impregnated paper impregnated with an inorganic antimicrobial agent and an organic antimicrobial agent are subjected to hot press forming to produce the antimicrobial reinforced floor.
