    Abstract: A stepping motor and an electric motor module are provided. The stepping motor including: a housing; a rotating shaft rotatably connected to the housing; a magnetic steel fixed to the rotating shaft; and a winding assembly received and fixed to an inner side surface of the housing and spaced apart from and surrounding an outer side of the magnetic steel. The winding assembly includes an annular bobbin coaxial with the housing; two claw poles spaced apart from each other along an axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a coil wound around an outer peripheral side of the bobbin. The stepping motor in the present invention can not only solve the problem of local wall thickness reduction of the frame causing difficulty in its forming, but also can be further reduced in thickness by coordinating with the corresponding design of other structures.

    Abstract: Provided is a step motor including a housing, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a reduction gearbox assembly. The housing includes an outer shell as well as a first end cover and a second end cover, and the rotor assembly includes a rotary shaft and a permanent magnet. The step motor further includes an elastic piece fixed to the first end cover, the elastic piece includes a limiting portion, a ring-shaped fixing portion arranged around the limiting portion, and at least two elastic arms connecting the limiting portion with the fixing portion, and the fixing portion is fixed to the first end cover. Compared with the related art, the step motor of the present disclosure has high transmission precision, a small backlash, good vibration damping and noise reduction capabilities, as well as small volume occupation and low cost.

The the stator unit includes windings arranged to space from the magnet. Each winding includes a respective casing that is hollow and arranged between the two plates, a respective claw pole fixed at an end of the respective casing and coaxial with the respective casing, and a respective coil wound on an outer periphery of the respective claw pole, and two ends of the respective coil extend outside the respective casing, respectively. The respective casing and portions of the respective claw pole in contact with the respective coil are coated with insulating coatings.

The spring wire is formed by sequentially connecting multiple spiral bending portions in a nose to tail manner, and an outer diameter of each of the multiple spiral bending portions gradually decreases from a middle of the spring wire to two ends of the spring wire. The optical image stabilization component of the present disclosure occupies a smaller space, the drive performance in each direction is closer, the stress distribution is more uniform, and the reliability is higher. There are wider application scenarios in the background that the weight of the lens increases presently.
