  • Patent number: 11958723
Abstract: A takeout jig (1) includes: a support part (20) which is configured to be pulled up to take out a silicon rod (10) and which is configured to support the silicon rod (10) by clamping one or more end portions (15) of the silicon rod (10); one or more first cords (30) which are equal in number to or greater in number than the silicon rod (10) and which are configured to pull up the support part (20); and one or more second cords (40) which are configured to hold the silicon rod (10) by wrapping around the silicon rod (10).

  • Publication number: 20190368950
Abstract: Provided is a sensor device having a structure, with which the use of a simple structure enables accurate detection of a worker, etc. approaching or contacting a moving part of an automatic device. This sensor device detects the approach or contact of a detection target with a mobile moving part that is provided in an automatic device. The moving part is provided with a first sensor and second sensor for detecting the approach or contact of the detection target. The first sensor and second sensor have the same detection principle and the detection circuit of the first sensor and the detection circuit of the second sensor have the same structure.

  • Publication number: 20190368658
Abstract: A sensor device is provided which detects approach or in contact of a detection target with a moving part of an automatic device, and comprises a first sensor that detects the detection target at a position away from the moving part, a second sensor that detects the detection target at a position closer to the moving part than the first sensor, and a third sensor that detects the detection target at a position closer to the moving part than the first sensor. The approach of the detection target to the moving part is detected by both the second sensor and the third sensor at a position closer to the moving part than a position that can be detected by the first sensor.

  • Patent number: 10317442
Abstract: Provided is a flexible, durable capacitive sensor that achieves high flexibility in designing wiring arrangement. A capacitive sensor includes a dielectric layer and a plurality of electrode units placed on both sides of the dielectric layer in the front-back direction. The electrode unit includes an insulating layer having through holes extending therethrough in the front-rear direction, electrode layers placed on one side of the insulating layer in the front-back direction, and jumper wiring layers placed on the other side of the insulating layer in the front-back direction and electrically connected to the electrode layers through the through holes. The insulating layer has an elongation at break of 60% or more, a tension set of less than 5%, and a volume resistivity of 1.0×1010 ?·cm or more.

  • Publication number: 20180224346
Abstract: A sensor sheet and a capacitance-type sensor are provided in which the proportion of a dead area to the entire sensor body is small and detection units that are incapable of detection do not tend to be formed after being cut. A sensor sheet includes a pressure sensing area in which a plurality of detection units are set, and a dead area that is disposed adjacent to the pressure sensing area in a planar direction and that has a take-out portion. A front-side detection path that passes by way of front-side jumper wiring layers and a back-side detection path that passes by way of back-side jumper wiring layers are set between the detection units and the take-out portion. The sensor sheet is cuttable while securing a sensor body that has at least one detection unit, the take-out portion, and the front-side detection path and the back-side detection path for the detection unit.
