  • Publication number: 20240116712
Abstract: Provided is a technique for improving the transport efficiency of workpieces by a transport system compared to before. A transport system of workpiece includes a transport device, a storage, which is one of transport destinations of workpiece by the transport device, a work station, which is one of transport destinations of workpiece by the transport device, a machine tool, which is one of transport destinations of workpiece by the transport device, and a controller. The controller executes a processing of acquiring a first weight of a workpiece to be transported to the storage from the work station, and a processing of determining a storage destination inside the storage for the workpiece to be transported based on the first weight, and the storage destination is determined so as to be closer to the machine tool as the first weight increases.

  • Publication number: 20220134500
Abstract: A technique appropriately controls transfer order of a pallet. A pallet transfer system includes a transfer device, a pallet storage, a work station, a machine tool, and a control device. The control device transfers a second pallet from the work station to the pallet storage when the machining of the workpiece attached to a first pallet is completed in a state where the first pallet is in the machine tool and the second pallet is in the work station, and the control device transfers the first pallet from the machine tool to the work station after completion of the transfer of the second pallet from the work station to the pallet storage, or in parallel with the transfer of the second pallet from the work station to the pallet storage.

  • Publication number: 20220089376
Abstract: A technique for detecting the completion of work of attaching a workpiece to a pallet is provided. A pallet transport system includes: a transport device for transporting a pallet to which a workpiece can be attached; a pallet housing unit for housing the pallet, a workstation in which a worker is to conduct work of attaching the workpiece to the pallet transported from the pallet housing unit; a machine tool for machining the workpiece attached to the pallet in the workstation; and a control device for controlling the transport device. The control device acquires an indicator indicating progress of the attachment work in the workstation, determines whether or not the attachment work has been completed based on the indicator, and when it is determined that the attachment work has been completed, transports the pallet located in the workstation to the pallet housing unit or the machine tool.

  • Publication number: 20220072669
Abstract: A technology that can prevent leakage of confidential workpiece information in a course of workpiece transfer is provided. A pallet transfer system includes a transfer device, a pallet storage, a work station, a machine tool , and a control device . The control device determines whether or not the workpiece is a confidential target based on information indicating whether or not the workpiece to be machined is a confidential target, the control device transfers the pallet to which the workpiece is attached by a first transfer method when determining that the workpiece is not the confidential target, and the control device transfers the pallet to which the workpiece is attached by a second transfer method different from the first transfer method when determining that the workpiece is the confidential target.

  • Patent number: 8653983
Abstract: Provided is a monitoring and control system which, by displaying memo information created by an operator on an arbitrary system screen, can enhance freedom of memo display and fully exhibit the effectiveness of memo information. A memo data operation portion 4 receives an input of memo information from an input device 2, imparts attribute information relating to an arbitrary system screen to the memo information, and outputs this with the memo information to a client-side data management portion 6. A display device 1 displays the memo information on a system screen having attribute information.

  • Patent number: 8473609
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a server 11 performs aggregate signal processing for n-to-one signal transmission. The processing includes waiting processing and time adjusting processing. In the waiting processing, from a time point where a first constitutional element signal constituting a specific aggregate signal bound for the upper level control center reaches the server until a wait time that is based on a preset condition elapses, the server waits for another constitutional element signal of the specific aggregate signal to arrive (S202-S208). In the time adjusting processing, the server extracts an earliest generation time from generation times attached respectively to constitutional element signals arriving during the waiting processing, and attaches the extracted time as a generation time of the specific aggregate signal (S210).
