The carrier sheet has a larger area than the adhesive tape, which is located within the carrier sheet in a view facing a plane where the carrier sheet extends. The carrier sheet includes a slit extending toward the adhesive tape from a portion of an outer edge of the carrier sheet that does not overlap the adhesive tape and having a length that does not reach an outer edge of the adhesive tape in the view facing the plane where the carrier sheet extends.
