When a viewer of a sports event is determined to have stopped viewing the sports event on a first device, the user may seek to watch a simulation of the sports event on a second device. The simulation of the sports event on the second device may be based on sports statistics and historical sports statistics. The simulation is updated based on user actions and characteristics of sports statistics updates.
