Abstract: A dynamic label arrangement device includes a label DB to store a set of labels, a display information DB to store information required for display of labels, a position calculator to specify a label to be displayed on a display screen from among the labels stored in the label DB, and a label display to display the label specified by the position calculator, and the position calculator determines an arrangeable range in which labels can be arranged on the basis of an arrangement change range offset stored in the display information DB, and, when the range of the display screen is changed, performs an arrangement change on a label which has become displaced outside the arrangeable range and which is stored in the above-mentioned label DB.

Abstract: An image display system 1 in accordance with the present invention is configured with a navigation device 2 and an image display device 4 which are connected to each other via a network 3. The navigation device 2 transmits a drawing setting for specifying a method of drawing a vertex string showing a feature of a component of an image when a network connection with the image display device 4 is established, and transmits image data including the vertex string when the image display device draws an image, and the image display device receives the drawing setting from the image transmission device, corrects the drawing setting on the basis of the display ability of the image transmission device and its own display ability, and, when receiving the image data from the image transmission device, draws and display the image by using the above-mentioned drawing setting corrected thereby.

Abstract: A wireless communication apparatus which performs wireless communication with onboard information equipment installed in a vehicle includes: receiver that receives media data from the onboard information equipment; playback processing unit that outputs the media data the receiver receives; communication state retaining unit that retains a communication state between the onboard information equipment and wireless communication apparatus; usage situation deciding unit that decides a usage situation of the wireless communication apparatus from the vehicle surrounding information and generates usage situation information; quality deciding unit that decides the quality of the media data using communication state information retained in the communication state retaining unit and the usage situation information generated by the usage situation deciding unit; and transmitter that transmits the quality generated by the quality deciding unit to the onboard information equipment as media data quality information.

Abstract: A communication system includes a GUI apparatus that performs screen construction based on an event notification, and a service apparatus that executes a service and generates an event, the GUI apparatus and the service apparatus being connected with each other through a network to perform mutual communication. The GUI apparatus includes: a GUI apparatus-side event list memory that stores an event list and an ID corresponding to the event list, the event list being a list of the event; and a GUI apparatus-side event processor that refers to the GUI apparatus-side event list memory and, in a case where the event list required for performing the screen construction exists, obtains the ID corresponding to the event list to transmit the obtained ID to the service apparatus in place of the event list.

A search device 100 divides a search stat request indicating a search condition, etc. issued by an application 110 into a processing to search for a record number that meets the search condition, and a processing, by using the record number retrieved by the search as a search condition, to search for a column specified by the application 110. The search device 100 first performs the processing to search for the record number, retrieves the record number of a record that meets the search condition from the RDBMS 120 while ranking the record number, and notifies the number of hits to the application 110.
