    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A node (e.g., a base station or network entity) may identify a signal that provides an indication of a location of a contention free random access channel (CFRA) resource within a time region and an indication of a timing pattern for the CFRA resource, the timing pattern associated with a pattern of subsequent instances of the time region in which the CFRA resource is repeated, wherein the CFRA resource is not a fully overlapping resource with respect to a contention based random access (CBRA) resource. The node may convey the signal to one or more user equipment (UE) to indicate the location and the timing pattern.

    Abstract: An RNA fluorescent probe for rapidly distinguishing cancer tissue from normal tissue based on nucleolar morphological changes, the probe being (E)-1-(3-aminopropyl)-4-(2-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)vinyl)pyridine-1-ium dibromide, abbreviated as CAPY-AP. The probe can target RNA in culture cells and normal tissue as well as cancer tissue and then display nucleolar morphology. The judging criteria of distinguishing the cancer tissue from the normal tissue based on the nucleolar morphological changes is only single and unconspicuous nucleolus in most cells of normal tissue, while the enlarged nucleoli and/or multiple nucleoli exist in many cells of cancer tissue. Compared with other existing RNA probes, the probe has super-high RNA affinity and super-high permeability, and can rapidly image the RNA and nucleoli in tissue sections.

    Abstract: A method for a selective detection of L-tryptophan (L-Trp) using formaldehyde as a medium is disclosed. The method includes preparation of a copper sulfide nanosheets-chitosan/acidified functionalized multi-wall carbon nanotubes (CuS NS-CS/F-MWCNTs) composite material, preparation of a composite film-modified electrode CuS NS-CS/F-MWCNTs/GCE, and a detection of the L-Trp. Since oxidation peaks of L-Trp and L-tyrosine (L-Tyr) overlap and are difficult to separate, the present invention provides a method for a highly selective detection of L-Trp through the Pictet-Spengler reaction of formaldehyde (HCHO) with L-Trp, in which the oxidation peak potential of L-Trp is shifted to 0.82 V and the oxidation peak potential of L-Tyr is 0.63 V, thereby effectively avoiding the interference of L-Tyr. The CuS NS-CS/F-MWCNTs/GCE is applied to detect L-Trp in the formaldehyde medium without any interference from L-Tyr or other amino acids with 50-fold concentrations.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pot seedling feeding system for a transplanter, including a conveyor unit, a detection sensor, a controller, a seedling separation unit, side plates, and support stands. The conveyor unit includes a step motor, a transmission shaft, a conveyor belt, a tensioning shaft, and bearings. The seedling separation unit includes a seedling separation rod, a reset spring, a guide post, and a support seat. The controller is used to control the step motor which drives the conveyor belt in order to move the pot seedling. When a seedling receiving barrel of the planter rises to a seedling receiving position, the planter is controlled by using a brake cable, the seedling separation rod is then ejected which in turn drives the step motor to carry a pot seedling to move forward. The pot seedling is then dropped in a seedling receiving cup of the planter.
