  • Patent number: 12713437
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. When operating in a high-pathloss mode, wireless devices in a network may transmit or receive downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a transmission time interval (TTI) for a physical shared channel (such as a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH)). A wireless device may determine one or more intervals that correspond to a periodic signal that collides with portions of the TTI. Based on the identified intervals, the wireless device may communicate over the physical shared channel during the TTI. In such cases, the TTI may overlap in time with the one or more intervals to allow communication of the periodic signal during the portions of the TTI. For instance, a periodic signal may be transmitted or received during each of the one or more intervals.

  • Publication number: 20260238288
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, a joint beam refinement indication that indicates whether periodic channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resources in a CSI-RS resource set are associated with a beam refinement procedure associated with both the UE and a network node. If the joint beam refinement indication indicates that the periodic CSI-RS resources in a CSI-RS resource set are associated with the beam refinement procedure associated with both the UE and the network node, the UE may sweep narrow reception beams when measuring signals associated with the periodic CSI-RS resources, such as by applying a different narrow reception beam in each periodic measurement period associated with the periodic CSI-RS resources or transmission a joint beam refinement report in accordance with the joint beam refinement indication.

  • Publication number: 20260239063
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report its capability to read (e.g., parse), or execute custom events. The UE may indicate what type or how much information related to custom events it can read or utilize based on its processing capability. The network may configure the UE with a list of custom events, and each custom event may be defined by a set of conditions corresponding to the event. The conditions may include parameters specific to the custom events, such as measurements, entry and exit conditions, variable state parameters, or the like. If the UE determines that the conditions for a given custom event are satisfied (e.g., based on performing any measurements or determinations in accordance with the parameters of that event), the UE may transmit a report to the network.

  • Publication number: 20260237755
Abstract: A battery includes: a housing having a cavity; a battery cell arranged in the cavity, the battery cell including a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator; and an electrolyte solution filled in the battery cell including fluoroethylene carbonate. A width of the separator is greater than that of the positive and the negative electrode plate. The battery satisfies following relationship: C?B/20A+1, where a content of fluoroethylene carbonate in the electrolyte solution is C %, A represents a distance between an edge of the separator and that of an electrode plate on the same side, and B represents a height of the cavity. When the foregoing relationship is satisfied, deterioration of performance of the battery cell caused by insufficient electrolyte solution may be alleviated, thereby improving a value of a self-discharge coefficient k and cycling performance of the battery.

  • Publication number: 20260235750
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device may transmit a message, in particular to a centralized controller or network entity, that includes a request for assistance to perform distributed sensing to characterize a target communication device using one or more assisting devices. The network entity may detect one or more assisting devices for the wireless device to use to perform distributed sensing, and may transmit a distributed sensing assistance message to the wireless device in response to the request. The distributed sensing assistance message may include configuration information for the one or more assisting devices to use to perform the distributed sensing. The wireless device may then perform the distributed sensing with the one or more assisting devices, and may receive sensing output information from the one or more assisting devices in accordance with the distributed sensing.

  • Publication number: 20260239295
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Techniques described herein may enable a network entity and a user equipment (UE) to determine a beam via which the UE may monitor for a paging message. The network entity may accordingly refrain from repeating the paging message via multiple beams. For example, the network entity may transmit a paging early indication (PEI) message that is statically associated with a synchronization signal block (SSB) group of the UE. The PEI may indicate resources (e.g., monitoring occasions within a paging occasion, beams) via which the UE may monitor for the paging message. The monitoring occasions may therefore be dynamically associated with a respective SSB.
