The cooling water circulating system comprises a main tank (2) disposed as a water supply, and a first return pipeline (9) allowing water in a glass edge grinding machine (1) to return to the main tank (2); the main tank (2) is communicated with the glass edge grinding machine (1) through a water supply pipeline; the cooling water circulating system further comprises a filtering mechanism which is configured to filter and collect glass powder in circulating water.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a light transmission processing system and method for a solar chip module. The light transmission processing system includes: an ink printing unit configured to print a preset pattern on an upper surface of the chip module with a UV ink so that a hollowed out region is formed on an area of the upper surface of the chip module not covered by the pattern, the chip module including a transparent substrate and a chip layer superposed on an upper surface of the transparent substrate; a curing unit configured to cure the UV ink printed on the chip module with UV light to form a UV ink protective film; and a layer removing unit configured to remove a portion of the chip layer corresponding to the hollowed out region to expose a portion of the transparent substrate corresponding to the hollowed out region.

Abstract: A waste collecting apparatus and workpiece processing systems, relating to the field of machining processes, are provided. An exemplary waste collecting apparatus may include a collecting body, a feeding pipe and a liquid discharging pipe in communication with the collecting body, and a separating mechanism provided within the collecting body, wherein the separating mechanism allows liquid waste to pass through while retaining solid waste. Further, via provision of a separate mechanism, the waste may be subjected to a solid-liquid separation, e.g., a liquid waste may be obtained from the liquid discharging pipe, and a solid waste may be obtained from the collecting body. According to aspects herein, a solid-liquid separation process is no longer required at subsequent/central processing of the waste. Moreover, since the collecting body retains only the solid waste, the time interval for centrally processing the waste increases, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.

Abstract: An edging method is provided, comprising: providing an edging apparatus comprising at least one sensor configured to detect a distance from the sensor to the edge to be ground; providing a workpiece having an edge to be ground; setting a base value of the distance; detecting a variation value, the variation value is a difference between a present distance from the sensor to the edge to be ground during grinding and the base value; and regulating a grinding feed amount of the edging apparatus according to the variation value. An edging apparatus is further provided.
