  • Publication number: 20190322013
Abstract: A tool is disclosed for the production of foamed insulation boards with two side faces lying opposite one another and all-round end faces such as facade insulation boards for insulating buildings. The tool has two mold halves, each having a mold frame and a mold base. The two mold halves together bound a mold cavity, which corresponds roughly to an insulation board to be produced, with the mold frames defining or bounding the end faces of the insulation board to be produced and the mold base defining or bounding the side faces. A setting device sets the position of the two mold halves in a plane parallel to the mold bases. The setting device is designed for stepless setting of the position of the two mold halves relative to one another.

  • Patent number: 5065417
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for determining the partial density, or concentration, of various substance components in a liquid, by calculating the absorption of two different gamma radiations, one of higher energy and one of lower energy. To this end, the liquid is carried in a conduit system, irradiated by the two gamma radiations, and the attenuation of their intensity is detected. A specific combination of the counting rates of the two radioactive sources is used for determining the partial density of two substances in a three-substance system. The primary field of application is the continuous, contactless monitoring of the acid and metal concentration in pickling baths for chemical descaling, and for roughening and cleaning of metal surfaces.

  • Patent number: 4591529
Abstract: A sheet, especially an electric sheet for manufacturing laminated iron cores for generators, motors, transformers, etc. and covered on one or both sides with a thin layer consisting of an adhesive applied as a liquid to the sheet and then dried and of a filler. The sheet has as a filler on one or both sides a recticular skeletal support that is at least partly anchored with the layer of adhesive and that consists of a fibrous material that accommodates the adhesive. A woven or non-woven fabric, preferably of polyester fibers, can be used as a support.
