    Abstract: An inhalation device having a liquid reservoir for storing liquid before being discharged, and a discharge head for dispensing the liquid in droplet mist. The discharge head has a nozzle arrangement for generating the droplet mist and housing on which a discharge channel is provided for use as a respiration piece or for attachment of a separate respiration piece. A main axis of extent of the discharge channel encloses an angle of >0° with a central dispensing direction. In alignment with the central dispensing direction of the nozzle arrangement, either an aperture is provided in the outer housing through which aperture the droplet mist emerges from the discharge head if it is not sucked into the discharge channel by respiration of the user, or a liquid buffer is provided for receiving the droplet mist if it is not sucked into the discharge channel by respiration of the user.

    Abstract: A dispenser includes a housing and a discharge opening provided at the distal end of the housing. The dispenser includes a liquid reservoir and a control device having a pump or a switching valve, which control device is connected by a first line to the liquid reservoir and by a second line to the discharge opening, and via which control device liquid is conducted from the liquid reservoir to the discharge opening. The dispenser includes a push button which provided laterally in a cutout of a circumferential face of the housing and connected to the control device that pressing the push button actuates the control device so that liquid is conducted to the discharge opening. Measures for securing the dispenser include a rotatable sleeve over the push button, a secured cap, a securing arrangement on the push button, an interaction of the push button with an opposite side of the dispenser, and a receiving sleeve for the dispenser.

A liquid delivery assembly (3) is located at least partly within the housing (1) the liquid delivery assembly (3) comprising a liquid delivery unit (4) a carrier unit (5) for the liquid delivery unit (4) and a coupling member (6) which couples the movement of the actuating member (2) and the carrier unit (5). The movement of the carrier unit (5) activates a counting mechanism (7a, 7b) which indicates how many doses have been delivered.
