  • Patent number: 6786765
Abstract: A connecting plug for connecting an input/output unit to a machine control with a central bus, wherein the input/output unit is to be connected to a multi-strand electrical cable connected to a bus node, has a housing with a first plug connection for an incoming cable and a second plug connection for an outgoing cable. The incoming cable is looped through to the outgoing cable forming a looped-through cable. The housing has a connector for the input/output unit. An electronic device is arranged in the housing and connected to the connector. The connector is connected by the electronic device to the looped-through cable.

  • Patent number: 6743042
Abstract: A contact clip for an insulated, multi-strand electric cable has first and second clip parts engaging one another. The first clip part has a receptacle for correctly positioning the cable and the second clip part has contact pins assigned to a strand of the cable, respectively. The contact pins pierce the cable insulation and electrically contact the strands of the cable. They are positioned transversely to a longitudinal cable direction adjacent to and at a spacing from one another. This spacing matches the strand spacing. The receptacle is wider than the cable in the transverse cable direction. A fitting member is inserted into the receptacle for determining a lateral position of the cable in the receptacle. A first contact pin, depending on the lateral position of the cable within the receptacle, either engages one of the strands of the cable or the fitting member.

  • Patent number: 5093844
Abstract: A circuit for filtering pulse sequences of a given frequency out of a composite signal includes a series combination of a monostable multivibrator (MF) and a random-access memory (RAM), an address register and a clock. The monostable multivibrator (MF) serves as a pulse shaper of incoming signals. The input (D.sub.E) and output (D.sub.A) of the random-access memory (RAM) are connected to the inputs of an AND gate (UG). An address counter register (AR) associated with the random-access memory (RAM) has a count cycle whose duration is equal to the pulse spacing of the sequence to be recognized. During each clock period (T2), the current signal state of the input (D.sub.E) of the random-access memory (RAM) and the content of the addressed memory cell are checked for equality by the AND gate (UG) and the current signal state is then written into the cell.
