Abstract: A sink includes a basin including a bottom wall and adjoining side walls which delimit a receiving space. An insert plate separate from the basin is inserted into the receiving space, and a lifting apparatus moves the insert plate relative to the basin. The lifting apparatus includes a lifting unit with a lifting device to move the insert plate in a vertical direction. The lifting apparatus includes a tilting device configured to perform a tilting movement of the insert plate relative to a horizontal plane.

Abstract: A configuration and a method for capacitive sensing of the rotatory motion of a rotary member are described. The configuration has four electrodes located in one plane, an analysis unit connected to the electrodes and an electrically conducting coupling surface, which is located at the rotary member opposite to the electrodes. The electrodes comprise a central excitation electrode, surrounded by the other electrodes. The coupling surface is opposite to the surface of the excitation electrode in each rotary position and covers a part of the surface formed by the remaining electrodes and passes over the surface formed by the remaining electrodes during a rotation of the rotary member. The remaining electrodes are formed by two sensor electrodes and a joint reference electrode, whereby at least the joint reference electrode is designed different than the sensor electrodes.

Abstract: In a circuit for controlling a pulsating current through an inductor, particularly the coil of an electromagnetic valve, the inductor is connected in series with a semiconductor switch and in parallel with a free-running diode. Furthermore a desired-value voltage is fed to a controller the output of which is connected via a pulse-width modulator to a control input of the semiconductor switch. A current flows through the inductor and the semiconductor switch, during a state of conduction of the semiconductor switch, to be measured. The current measurement is gated, in response to pulse-width modulation at the controller, and is then integrated for improved measurement of the current.
