    Abstract: A device for measuring a load current in a load circuit that has a switch that switches the load current. The switch has a control variable as a first switch variable and an output variable, which is dependent on the control variable, as a second switch variable. A setting unit keeps one of the switch variables constant at a predetermined value, and an evaluation unit determines the load current from the other switch variable. It is thus possible to dispense with an additional measuring element for measuring the load current, thus keeping the power loss low.

    Abstract: A movement distance sensor operates as a differential transformer with a primary coil, at least two secondary coils. A circuit configuration is connected to the secondary coils in order to determine a movement distance. The circuit configuration includes a multiplexer, an A/D converter, and a digital logic module. The multiplexer is connected to the first and the second secondary coil via an input stage. The output of the multiplexer is connected to the input of the A/D converter and the output of the A/D converter is passed to the input of the digital logic module. The latter determines the movement distance from the input signals received alternately from the multiplexer. The measurement configuration exhibits high reliability with low error tolerances.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for reading programmes into a device which processes data using a processor, according to a programme stored in a programme memory. A programming device sends programme data to the programme memory of the device to be programmed in the form of a data stream. The inventive method comprises the following steps: a) activating a light transmitter in accordance with the programme data, so that said light transmitter generates digital light signals in accordance with the programme data; b) receiving the light signals with a light receiver which is permanently installed on the device to be programmed and c) applying the signals of the light receiver of the device to be programmed to the programme memory of the same. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out this method.
