  • Patent number: 5417539
Abstract: A trailer for lifting and transporting large loads is constructed of a pair of elongated side trusses, adjustably connected together at their ends by structural frames, and having a plurality of lifter frames rotatably and slidably mounted on the elongated side trusses. A first of the end structural frames is secured to a hitch assembly for pulling the trailer and this first structural frame as well as each of the elongated side trusses is provided with a mechanical lifting device to separately move the same. A pair of chassis having wheels for moving the trailer are connected to the mechanical lifting devices, under the elongated side trusses, and are separately connected to the hitch assembly by tow rods.

  • Patent number: 5318208
Abstract: A combination aerosol spray can and operator system in which the operator is a handgrip releasably attached to a modified spray can. The handgrip is electrically operated from an electrical outlet and, and includes a manually activated trigger to control the application of alternating current to a solenoid operator secured to the handgrip and extending into an annular opening formed in the spray can. Upon partial actuation of the trigger, with the handgrip plugged in, the solenoid operator is actuated to open a first valve connected to the interior of the spray can, and upon further actuation of the trigger, a lever is operated to open a second valve to allow the contents of the spray can to be sprayed.

  • Patent number: 3937247
Abstract: A high pressure, high temperature, seatless cut-off valve particularly suitable for use with solid materials. The construction employs a sleeve valve reciprocable past aligned ports between concentric tubular housing members under conditions wherein the pressure conditions acting on the valve are fully neutralized at all times. Pressure neutralizing is achieved by passageway means interconnecting chambers embracing the end portions of the sleeve valve and encircling the valve in the area of its flow port and between sets of sealing rings to either axial side of this port. All surfaces contacted by the flowing fluid are preferably lined with protective laminate such as thick ceramic having a protective skin of tough abrasion resistant alloy.
