Abstract: A high lift dump box trailer for lifting, transporting and dumping a load of material at a high elevation. The trailer includes a pair of retractable members that stabilize the trailer to permit dumping of the contents of the dump box when the dump box is in an elevated condition. The trailer includes a hydraulic suspension system that provides for wheel adjustment when transporting a load on a side hill and a fluid accumulator shock absorber system that provides for smooth riding over rough roads.

Abstract: A vehicle for lifting, transporting, and depositing a load includes lower and upper substantially U-shaped frames each having a front bar and a pair of side bars extending rearwardly from the front bar, with the front bar of the lower frame capable of being attached to a pulling vehicle, while at least a pair of wheels are connected with the side bars of the lower frame to support the latter during travelling thereof. The upper frame is connected by a suitable connecting structure to the lower frame for movement with respect thereto downwardly to a lower load-receiving position and upwardly to an upper load-transporting position, while a transverse pivot axis is provided for the upper frame so that the latter can turn about this axis during depositing of a load.
