The system comprises a researcher server system (12), multiple respondent systems (18, 20) in communication with the researcher server system (12) and at least one client system (14) in communication with the researcher server system (12). The researcher server system (12) is operable to provide multiple questions, to receive corresponding responses and to compile the received responses in substantially real-time. Each respondent system (18, 20) is operable to receive the questions from the researcher server system (12) and provide the survey responses to the researcher server system (12). The client system (14) is operable to access the compiled responses in substantially real-time, thereby creating compiled marketing research data over the computer network.
