Abstract: A skill performance evaluation system for determining skill performance metrics for a user. The skill performance evaluation system generates a user profile for a user having a particular craft, provides a set of evaluation rules for the craft and determines one or more skill performance metrics based on the set of evaluation rules. In addition, the skill performance evaluation system provides a set of depreciation rules for the craft and determines one or more skill performance metrics for the user. The system may modify the one or more skill performance metrics upon receiving a skill retire indicator or a feedback acknowledgement indicator and a revised dynamic depreciation rate.

Abstract: Techniques for testing a wireless communications device are disclosed. In one particular exemplary embodiment, the techniques may be realized as a system and method for testing a wireless communications device. The method may comprise generating an audio test signal. The audio test signal may be transmitted to a wireless communication device through a wireless base station simulator via a VoIP application. The method may also comprise receiving an output signal, where the output signal may be generated by the wireless communication device and transmitted to a telecoil probe. The method may further comprise processing the output signal by comparing the output signal with the audio test signal.

Abstract: A simulated jet fan is mounted inside a flying toy to provide propulsion. A tether attached to a mounting plate and the flying toy directs the flying toy in a circular motion. In one embodiment, the simulated jet fan is an impeller enclosed in a housing. The impeller is attached to an electric motor powered by batteries. The flying toy includes air inlets coupled to an air intake of the fan, and exhaust ports direct air expelled from the fan toward a rear of the flying toy, providing propulsion. Wings may be attached to the toy to assist in “flying.” The attached wings may be fixed or moveable. In one embodiment, flapping wings powered by an electric motor are attached giving the flying toy additional propulsion and a pleasing nature.
