Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for coordinating administration of a medical test to a user in which a request from a user for a recommendation in connection with a medical condition is received from a first computing device. A plurality of diagnostic questions associated with the medical condition are transmitted for display on the first computing device, and a plurality of responses to the plurality of diagnostic questions are received from the first computing device. The responses are analyzed to develop a test plan, which includes a test panel. A prescription for the test plan is developed and transmitted to a second computing device associated with an entity that executes the test panel. Results of tests conducted in accordance with the prescription are received from the second computing device.
