  • Publication number: 20240105508
Abstract: Disclosed herein are integrated circuit (IC) devices with contacts using nitridized molybdenum. For example, a contact arrangement for an IC device may include a semiconductor material and a contact extending into a portion of the semiconductor material. The contact may include molybdenum. The molybdenum may be in a first layer and a second layer, where the second layer may further include nitrogen. The first layer may have a thickness between about 5 nanometers and 16 nanometers, and the second layer may have a thickness between about 0.5 nanometers to 2.5 nanometers. The contact may further include a fill material (e.g., an electrically conductive material) and the second layer may be in contact with the fill material. The molybdenum may have a low resistance, and thus may improve the electrical performance of the contact. The nitridized molybdenum may prevent oxidation during the fabrication of the contact.

  • Publication number: 20190340776
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for structured light (SL) depth systems. An example method for determining a depth map post-processing filter may include receiving an image including a scene superimposed on a codeword pattern, segmenting the image into a plurality of tiles, estimating a codeword for each tile of the plurality of tiles, estimating a mean scene value for each tile based at least in part on the respective estimated codeword, and determining the depth map post-processing filter based at least in part on the estimated codewords and the mean scene values.

  • Publication number: 20190180475
Abstract: Client calibration can include: (a) instructing a host to display a first desired target, (b) imaging the first displayed target, (c) determining a second desired target based on the imaging, (d) instructing the host to display a second desired target, and (e) adjusting a calibration parameter based on one or more images of the second desired target. The second desired target can be determined (e.g., selected, dynamically generated) based on the first desired target.

  • Patent number: 9675918
Abstract: At least one embodiment of the invention relates to a centrifugal/cyclone separator which separates particles, liquid droplets and or condensing mists (water based and or hydrocarbon based nature) from gases without using a filter element. The design relies on the use of the inlet spiral tube, a first conical fin and the second conical fin, and the step on the cylindrical body and the extension of the vortex finder below second conical fin. With another embodiment, the design differs in that it relies on the insert with threaded or open area forming a flow path like spiral tube, while relying on the same or similar components as with the first embodiment listed above.

  • Publication number: 20130017519
Abstract: A system and methods for delivering “behavioral modification content” to a user. Behavioral modification content includes any information that can be perceived by the user, including perceived visually, aurally, tangibly, or aromatically by the user for the purpose of reminding the user to temporarily remove himself or herself from the context in the person is operating and attempt to better understand that context. Embodiments of the present invention also permit the user to create and save reflections about the behavioral modification content.

  • Publication number: 20050180101
Abstract: A portable storage device having interchangeable connector is disclosed. The portable storage device includes a body inside which a memory is arranged and forming an access opening for selectively and exchangeably connecting a number of external connection members and establishing electrical engagement with the memory inside the body. A control circuit inside the body controls data input/output of the portable storage device. Each of the external connection members has a remote end forming a connector element in accordance with a specific data transfer standard, such as USB, IEEE1394, Serial ATA or RS232, whereby the portable storage device can be selectively connected to electronic devices having connection ports of different specifications with specifically selected connector element. Portability of the storage device between different electronic devices is thus enhanced.
