  • Publication number: 20200294969
Abstract: Disclosed herein are stacked transistors with dielectric between source/drain materials of different strata, as well as related methods and devices. In some embodiments, an integrated circuit structure may include stacked strata of transistors, wherein a dielectric material is between source/drain materials of adjacent strata, and the dielectric material is conformal on underlying source/drain material.

  • Patent number: 8814165
Abstract: In an aspect, the invention is directed to a set of game pieces including a character game piece representing a character and a plurality of parameter impact game pieces. Each of the parameter impact game pieces includes a parameter impact indicator. When a parameter impact game piece is stacked on the character game piece the parameter impact indicator provides a graphic representation of the parameter impact carried out by the parameter impact game piece. When another parameter impact game piece is stacked on the first parameter impact game piece a graphic representation of the total parameter impact carried out by both parameter impact game pieces is provided by permitting the parameter impact indicators from both parameter impact game pieces to be visible to the players. In this way, the parameter impact level incurred by the character can be shown to increase incrementally after subsequent parameter impacts.

  • Patent number: 8678874
Abstract: A combination for use as a collectible item or a game piece includes a collectible miniature figurine and a first game assembly. The collectible miniature figurine includes a figure body and a figure base that retains and supports the figure body. The first game assembly includes a first game base that is selectively attachable to and detachable from the figure base without deforming either of the bases. Further, the figure base is selectively rotatable relative to the first game base when the figure base is attached to the first game base. Still further, the figure base can be selectively rotatable relative to the first game base in a step-like fashion.

  • Patent number: 7267340
Abstract: A method for playing an interactive game (10) between a first player and a second player includes the steps of the first player obtaining a plurality of active first game pieces (14A) that each includes a word-forming indicia (24A), the first player positioning a first active first game piece (14A) onto one of a plurality of designated positions (22) of a game board (12) to at least partially form a first word, and the second player choosing one of two options. The options can include (i) attempting to identify the first word, and (ii) indicating that the second player does not believe the first player can form any word with the first active first game piece (14A) and the remaining active first game pieces (14A).

  • Publication number: 20060261557
Abstract: A game (10) includes a game board (16), a plurality of cards (14), a first figure (12A) and a second figure (12B). The game board (16) is formed from a plurality of separate panels (18) that are movable relative to one another. The first and second figures (12A, 12B) are movably positioned on the game board (16). The first figure (12A) includes two first figure components (220A, 220B) that move relative to one another to form a plurality of different poses. The first figure (12A) can initiate a confrontation with the second figure (12B) when the first figure (12A) is in one of the poses. In addition, the first figure (12A) can initiate the confrontation when the first figure (12A) has a predetermined position on the game board (16) relative to the second figure (12B). Alternatively, the pose that the first figure (12A) must be in to initiate the confrontation depends upon the relative positioning between the figures (12A, 12B) on the game board (16).
