  • Patent number: 12333038
Abstract: A system and method are provided for assessing whether data files contain sensitive information associated with an entity. The system stores search keywords associated with the entity, generates search terms based on the search keywords, and searches one or more online public databases for data files associated with each search term. The system then generates risk scores for data files in the search results indicating a likelihood that the data files contain information from a data breach associated with the entity. The system identifies data files that contain information from the data breach from the generated risk scores, and transmits a notification to the entity describing the identified data files.

  • Patent number: 12279014
Abstract: In some aspects, a method includes executing a streaming application configured to stream a media content item on a display of a television device, and receiving, from the streaming application, a request to generate a token. The method includes, in response to the request, obtaining a user identifier of a user account of a media platform, obtaining a plurality of signals used to select promoted content for the user account, generating the token to include the user identifier and the plurality of signals, and encrypting the token to generate an encrypted token. The encrypted token is configured to be included in a fetch request to retrieve a promoted content item, personalized to the user account, from a promoted content server associated with the media platform. The promoted content item is configured to be inserted into playback of the media content item by the streaming application.

  • Publication number: 20220195462
Abstract: Provided are methods and compositions for the delivery of fully human post-translationally modified therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof. The fully human post-translationally modified therapeutic monoclonal antibodies may be delivered by gene therapy methods, e.g., as a recombinant adeno-associated vims (rAAV) vector to the appropriate tissue. Methods of manufacture of the AAV vectors, pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treatment are also provided. In addition, provided are methods of producing therapeutic antibodies that are “biobetters” as fully human post-translationally modified. These fully human post-translationally modified therapeutic antibodies may be administered to a subject in need of treatment with the therapeutic antibody.

  • Patent number: 10202479
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a block copolymer comprising a first block derived from a cyclo-alkyl vinyl monomer, a hydrogenated vinyl aromatic polymer or a hydrogenated vinyl pyridine polymers; and a second block derived from an acrylate monomer. Disclosed herein too is a method comprising reacting a first block derived from a cyclo-alkyl vinyl monomer, a hydrogenated vinyl aromatic polymer or a hydrogenated vinyl pyridine polymers with an initiator to form a macroinitiator; and polymerizing a second block onto the first block to form a block copolymer; where the second block is derived by polymerizing an acrylate monomer; and where the block copolymer has a chi parameter of greater than or equal to about 0.05, when measured at a temperature of 200° C. to 210° C.; where the chi parameter is a measure of interactions between the first block and the second block of the copolymer.
