An electronic form processing module receives a request to share data relating to an organization with an entity not affiliated with the organization. The request includes responses to questions presented in an electronic form. At least some of the questions presented in the electronic form are presented based on a response to a previously asked question in the electronic form. A score calculation module calculates a score based on the responses to the questions presented in the electronic form. A risk analysis module determines whether to approve, deny or escalate the request to share data based on the score.

A data quality specification module is configured to create a data quality specification based on the business rule. A validation module is configured to receive the data quality specification; retrieve data associated with the column from the database; and test the retrieved data in accordance with the test using the reference data. A method includes receiving a request from an entity, such as a buyer or a seller, and retrieving data regarding that entity from trusted sources. The data regarding the entity from the trusted sources may include publicly available data, such as credit reports, financial reports, market data aggregators, electronic marketplaces, court filings, police records, and governmental records. The objective opinion profile can be built from the data retrieved from the trusted sources and displayed to the requesting entity.
