  • Publication number: 20240127367
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.

  • Patent number: 11130378
Abstract: A suspension link, such as a control arm, has a detachable ball joint end which attaches to a ball joint connected to the wheel hub of a vehicle. The detachable ball joint end also attaches to a housing member of an opposite facing intermediate portion of the suspension link. There is an adjustable set off between opposite facing surfaces of the detachable ball joint end and the housing member. Adjustments in the set off, which adjust the camber of the vehicle wheel, may be made by placing one or more shims between the detachable ball joint end and the bolt housing.

  • Patent number: 11001115
Abstract: A traction bar prevents rotation of an axle housing for a vehicle utilizing leaf springs. A traction bar has a rigid rail member having a first end and a second end. The traction bar also has a pivoting shackle member having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the shackle member is pivotally attached to the vehicle frame or to a vehicle frame bracket attached to the vehicle's frame. The distal end of the shackle member is pivotally attached to the first end of the rigid rail member. An axle bracket is pivotally attached to the second end of the rigid rail member. The three pivots provided with the traction bar provide for normal movement of the suspension without binding. However, upon acceleration or high torque load, the shackle member is thrust into axial alignment with the rigid rail member, stopping forward motion of the rigid rail member.

  • Patent number: 7475891
Abstract: A device provides additional support for the pivot stud of a pitman arm and/or idler arm in center link steering systems by capturing the pivot stud and inhibiting lateral motion of the pivot stud. The device may comprise a separate bracket member attached as a separate unit from the pitman arm or idler arm. Alternatively, the device may comprise an integrated member of the pitman arm or idler arm.
