  • Publication number: 20250009748
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of treating cancer in a subject. The method including administering to the subject: a) a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I); and b) a therapeutically effective amount of sotorasib, wherein the compound of formula (I) is represented by (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, stereoisomer, conformational isomer, tautomer, or a combination thereof. In particular, the present disclosure provides a method of treating a solid tumor (e.g., an advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer) with a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (10b) (i.e., 6-((3S,4S)-4-amino-3-methyl-2-oxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl)-3-(Ra)-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-2,5-dimethylpyrimidin-4(3H)-one) in combination with sotorasib in a subject, wherein the subject has one or more mutations in KRAS, such as KRAS G12C.

  • Publication number: 20240035008
Abstract: Genome editing tools for use in systems designed to deliver large genetic elements are disclosed herein. A genome editing system is described, which includes i) an R2 element enzyme or other non-LTR site specific retrotransposon element and ii) a payload RNA, wherein the payload RNA comprises an insertion region and optionally one or more of a 5? homology region, a 3? homology region, and a protein binding element, wherein the insertion region comprises a template for a small or large nucleic acid insertion into the genome, and wherein the R2 element enzyme or other non-LTR site specific retrotransposon element comprises a targeting domain, a reverse transcriptase domain, and a nickase domain. Also disclosed are cells edited using such a genome editing system, methods for editing a genome, and compositions comprising cells edited with this genomic editing system.

  • Publication number: 20230127471
Abstract: A method of displaying streamed content includes receiving streamed content from a server, decoding the streamed content, outputting the decoded streamed content for display, and estimating a degree of attention of a user on the streamed content, where the decoding step comprises decoding the content to a quality that is dependent upon the estimated degree of attention of the use.

  • Publication number: 20220330748
Abstract: An air fryer drawer includes a panel, a fryer basket fixed to the rear side of the panel to receive food to be fried, and a handle disposed at the front side of the panel, the panel being provided with a transparent area through which a user can observe the conditions of the food being fried in the fryer basket. The handle includes a grip handle segment, and is capable of rotating between a first state and a second state relative to the panel, the grip handle segment being located at the front side of the transparent area when the handle is in the first state to facilitate manipulation of the grip handle segment, and the grip handle segment being deviated from the transparent area when the handle is in the second state to facilitate observation of the conditions of the food being fried in the fryer basket.

  • Patent number: 6861669
Abstract: A compound display for presenting images to a viewer is disclosed. The compound display includes first and second displays positioned such that the first display is viewable through the second display when the second display is not generating an image. The first display displays a first image. The second display includes an OLED having a first state in which the OLED generates light of a first intensity and a second state in which the OLED does not generate light. The OLED is transparent to light from the first display when the OLED is not generating light. The second display is positioned between the first display and the viewer. In one embodiment, the first display includes an array of inorganic LEDs that generate light of a greater intensity than that generated by said OLED in said first state.
