  • Publication number: 20240331049
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for verifying and/or monitoring adequacy of insurance for a contemplated transaction between a client and a business entity via a third party verification computer system. The verification computer system sends a packet request to a client device requesting certain insurance company information to enable secure electronic access to a client's identified insurance company to request, and retrieve, certain insurance data relating to either a contemplated and/or completed transaction between the client and the business entity having certain insurance requirements. The verification system then analyzes the data provided by the insurance company (which may use one or more Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques) to determine whether the client has adequate insurance coverage for the contemplated and/or monitored transaction, and to provide notification of any issues/discrepancies, as well as any remediation solutions.

  • Publication number: 20030186905
Abstract: The invention relates to an isolated cis-acting regulatory nucleic acid sequence comprising the 3′-UTR of pararhyroid hormone (PTH) gene and allelic variations, mutations or functionally equivalent fragments thereof. When this sequence is operably linked to a heterologous or homologous coding sequence of interest, it is capable of directing specific regulation of stability of the mRNA encoded by the linked heterologous or homologous coding sequence. The regulation of the stability of the mRNA is responsive to changes in serum levels of any one of calcium and phosphate and is further mediated by the binding of at least one PT protein or derivatives thereof to said cis-acting sequence. The invention further relates to DNA constructs, host cells screening methods using the cis acting sequences of the invention and pharmaceutical compositions thereof.

  • Patent number: 6303155
Abstract: A method for restoration of the circadian rhythm of parathyroid hormone (PTH) serum levels in a subject having osteoporosis, so as to restore a circadian rhythm of PTH levels which is similar to that existing in normal subjects is disclosed by administering a single daily dose of a composition consisting essentially of an effective amount of phosphate in the evening or at night, whereby the composition causes a circadian rhythm of PTH levels which peaks during the night, whereby the circadian rhythm of PTH levels is restored to that which is similar to that existing in normal subjects, thereby treating osteoporosis.

  • Patent number: 5935607
Abstract: A method of treating osteoporosis is disclosed by administering orally a single daily dosage of phosphate in the evening in an amount, e.g., about 10 mg/kg body weight or less which is effective to raise serum parathyroid hormone levels of the subject being treated.
