Abstract: A classroom configuration is described that includes a computer having a wireless communications interface and a plurality of student workstations. The workstations each include a work surface, a projecting device mounted proximate the work surface and operable for projecting images onto the work surface, a light emitting device, a tracking device mounted proximate the work surface and operable for capturing the image projected onto the work surface and for tracking movement of the light emitting device, and a processing device communicatively coupled to the projecting device and the tracking device. The processing device includes an interface operable for communicating with the computer via the communications interface.
