  • Patent number: 11817434
Abstract: A display comprises a transparent polymer support, an array of light emitters embedded in the support, and a redistribution layer. Each light emitter comprises electrode contacts that are substantially coplanar with a back surface of the support and emits light through a front surface of the support opposite the back surface when provided with power through the electrode contacts. The redistribution layer comprises a dielectric layer that is disposed on and in contact with the support back surface and distribution contacts that extend through the dielectric layer. Each of the distribution contacts is electrically connected to an electrode contact and is at least partially exposed.

  • Patent number: 11742471
Abstract: A method of making a surface-mountable pixel engine package comprises providing an array of spaced-apart conductive pillars and an insulating mold compound laterally disposed between the conductive pillars on a substrate together defining a planarized surface. Pixel engines comprising connection posts are printed to the conductive pillars so that each of the connection posts is in electrical contact with one of the conductive pillars. The pixel engines are tested to determine known-good pixel engines. An optically clear mold compound is provided over the planarized surface and tested pixel engines. Optically clear mold compound is adhered to a tape and the substrate is removed. The optically clear mold compound, the insulating mold compound, the conductive pillars, the optically clear mold compound, and the tested pixel engines are singulated to provide pixel packages that comprise the pixel engines and the known-good pixel engines are transferred to a reel or tray.

  • Publication number: 20230031299
Abstract: A duckbill assembly for a round baler is disclosed including first and second opposed elongate plates, the opposed elongate plates being directed towards one another so as to grip a portion of a wrapping material between the opposed elongate plates, wherein a portion of the first of the opposed elongate plates is formed of a manually displaceable material. This has as an advantage that the act of threading wrapping material into and through the duckbill assembly simply entails pulling the manually displaceable portion away from the opposing elongate plate, and dropping the wrapping material between the two elongate plates.

  • Patent number: 11351905
Abstract: A gate assembly comprising of a track comprising a vertical portion and two angular portions on opposing sides of the hopper. A pair of rectangular gates each comprising a longitudinal edge and opposing lateral edges slidingly engaged on the track allows the gates to move between a lowered, closed position and a raised, open position. A hinge combines the longitudinal edge of each of the pair of rectangular gates and allows them to pivot toward and away from each other during closing and opening, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20220057000
Abstract: A locking mechanism is configured to secure a seat on a valve. The configurations may include a pin with a tapered end. The pin extends into the valve body to engage with an engagement feature, like a slot, on the seat. The slot may reside on the downstream side of the seat. This location can provide ready access to the pin, for example, through various feature found on the valve body, such as a boss. For steam conditioning valves, the locking mechanism may prove useful because it allows the seat to easily remove from the valve body.

  • Patent number: 10970996
Abstract: A system for automatically opening a lid to a grain bin with controller in communication with an actuator for receiving a signal containing a data packet to activate the actuator. An RFID is combined to an unloading device for transmitting the data packet to the controller when the RFID is positioned proximate to the controller. The controller compares the device id with a stored identification value and upon a match the controller activates the actuator to open the lid of the grain bin.
