Abstract: A top-and-front accessible luggage stroller comprises at least one bottom box having a bottom box door, at least one top box having a top box door and an upper cover. The top box is provided with a top box door, formed with a top-and-front two-facet opening covering with the top box door, and is located upon as well as separated from the bottom box. The upper cover is disposed on the top box, covering the top-and-front two-facet opening, and extended with an upper cover inner magnetic assembly portion, which is opposite to a rear side of the top box and attached to the rear side of the top box. The upper cover can be directly operated relative to the top box door. The bottom box is provided with a pull handle and a bottom of the bottom box is provided with a plurality of rollers.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and kits for detecting an analyte within a sample by using lateral flow testing. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to use of an analyte specific calibration curve for determining quantity of an analyte within a complex sample, wherein the sample is purified/enriched by using a sample preparation method including an affinity resin. The present disclosure further relates to kits including an optional affinity resin, a lateral flow test, and an algorithm corresponding to the analyte specific calibration curve.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a modular assembly shelter kit is provided for rapid deployment in a remote location. The shelter kit includes headers, footers, upper horizontal beams, lower horizontal beams, roof, floor, and wall panels, and vertical support columns. The horizontal beams have notched hooks which form cross joints when engaged with notched hooks of adjacent horizontal beams. The cross joints can be placed against the headers or footers, and caged into position by prongs of the vertical support columns. The horizontal beams can also include grooves for holding interior and exterior wall panels, and interior ledges for holding roof and floor panels. Unique geometrically designed components deployed military or humanitarian responders with the ability to quickly manufacture and install such shelters in a wide variety of environments.
