Abstract: A wrench for tightening and loosening a fastener in confined spaces. The wrench includes a wrench head, an intermediate part and an extension handle. The intermediate part includes a cylindrical part, having a circular or oval cross section, rotatably arranged on the extension handle by way of an adjustable spindle. The wrench head is detachably arranged on the intermediate part of the wrench by way of a simple turning and locking mechanism.
