    Abstract: A method for preparing a culture of Staphylococcus aureus includes adding pork heart into water and smashing to obtain an extract of pork heart. Peptone and NaCl are then added to the extract to obtain a medium. A strain of S. aureus CGMCC 0485 is recovered and proliferated to obtain a seed solution. The seed solution is combined with the medium and then fermented to obtain a culture, the culture having an anticancer effect.
