Abstract: Various methods for digital rights decomposition are provided. One example method includes receiving a set of digital rights, and identifying conditions within the set of digital rights that have relationships with more than one permission and create copies of the identified conditions based on the number of relationships an identified condition has with the permissions. The example method also associating each condition with a respective permission based on the relationships to generate fundamental condition-permission components, and constructing a fundamental decomposition of the set of digital rights based on the fundamental condition-permission components.
