    Abstract: A sensor package structure includes a substrate, a sensor chip disposed on the substrate along a predetermined direction for being electrically coupled to each other, a light-permeable layer, an adhesive layer having a ring-shape and sandwiched between the sensor chip and the light-permeable layer, and an encapsulant formed on the substrate. The adhesive layer is formed with at least one type of a buffering cavity, wave-shaped slots, and rectangular slots, which penetrate therethrough along the predetermined direction. The buffering cavity can be located in the adhesive layer, and any one type of the wave-shaped slots and the rectangular slots can be respectively recessed in an inner side and an outer side of the adhesive layer. A minimum width of the adhesive layer is greater than or equal to 50% of a predetermined width between the inner side and the outer side.

    Abstract: An embodiment interfacial bonding test structure may include a first substrate having a first planar surface, a second substrate having a second planar surface that is parallel to the first planar surface, a first semiconductor die, and a second semiconductor die, each semiconductor die bonded between the first substrate and the second substrate thereby forming a sandwich structure. The first semiconductor die and the second semiconductor die may be bonded to the first surface with a first adhesive and may be bonded to the second surface with a second adhesive. The first semiconductor die and the second semiconductor die may be displaced from one another by a first separation along a direction parallel to the first planar surface and the second planar surface. The second substrate may include a notch having an area that overlaps with an area of the first separation in a plan view.

    Abstract: A thumb screw includes a main body and a rotating member. The main body has a shank and a threaded portion which are connected together along an axis of the main body. The shank has a groove and two guiding holes respectively located on two opposite sides of the groove and communicating with the groove. The rotating member has a head, a rod connected to an end surface of the head, and two pin portions connected to the rod. The head has two receiving grooves adapted to receive two partial end portions of the shank. When the two partial end portions leave the two receiving grooves and the two pin portions are respectively located in the two guiding holes, the rotating member could pivot around the two pin portions relative to the main body, thereby allowing the thumb screw to be received.

    Abstract: A smart folding box includes a support member, a number of folding members, a door, a locking mechanism, and a controller. The support member includes a support body and a connector. Each folding member is rotationally coupled to the support body and to the connector. The door is mounted on the connector and is configured to open or close an opening. The folding members are configured to fold or unfold to move the connector and the door. The locking mechanism includes an electric lock and a folding detection member. The electric lock and the folding detection member are electrically coupled to the controller and each mounted on one of the folding members. The support body defines a limiting slot. When the folding detection member detects that the folding members are in a folded state, the controller controls the electric lock to extend into the limiting slot.
