Abstract: The Roller Squad is an exerciser that allows a person to place their back against the exerciser and place the exerciser against a flat and vertical surface (such as a wall). The person then raises and lowers their body (when bent at the knees) as the exerciser rolls up and down on the flat surface. The exerciser is portable, has padding and smooth wheels (such as plastic, urethane, etc.). The body is made of a rigid and lightweight material, such as hard plastic, carbon fiber and/or Kevlar, wood, or the like. When used correctly this device tones/strengthens the leg muscles and gluteus maximus muscles.
