Patent number: 8602205Abstract: A belt cleaner includes one or more cleaner unit (6) which has a support plate (8) providing a scraping portion (7), an upper resilient block (9), and a lower resilient block (10), wherein said support plate (8) is supported by said upper resilient block (9) to be held in a forward leaning posture to make the scraping portion oppose to the belt running direction (X) so that the support plate (8) may be shifted to an upright posture by deformation of the upper resilient block (9), and wherein said lower resilient block (10) may deform resiliently to move said upper resilient block (9) including the scraping portion (7) upon application of pushing forces, such as bumping shocks or the like thereto so that shocks may be absorbed.Type: GrantFiled: May 2, 2012Date of Patent: December 10, 2013Assignee: Nippon Tsusho Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kageyoshi Yoshizako, Nobuyoshi Fujisaki, Atsushi Ohse

Patent number: 7225916Abstract: A belt cleaner device is provided in which assembling of a frame and a cleaner head may be performed easily and quickly. A belt cleaner device comprises a frame 3 and one or more cleaner heads 1. The frame 3 includes a support face (3a) on its upper surface, and a support hole (33) through the frame. The cleaner head (1) includes a contact face (14) on its undersurface, and an anchor (16) projecting downward from the contact face (14). The cleaner head (1) is supported so as not to be rotated about the running direction of the belt by contacting the contact face (14) and the support face (3a) with each other. The cleaner head (1) is fixed to the frame (3) by fixedly inserting the anchor (16) in the support hole (33). The cleaner head (1) further provides a concave (21) in at least one of the front and rear walls (13) (15) to form a strike seat (22) at the bottom of the concave (21).Type: GrantFiled: March 16, 2006Date of Patent: June 5, 2007Assignee: Nippon Tsusho Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kageyoshi Yoshizako, Masahiro Uchida, Nobuyoshi Fujisaki

Patent number: 6227350Abstract: A belt cleaner is provided in which scraping portions of scrapers are constantly pressed against a surface of a conveyor belt with uniform force throughout all cleaner units. The belt cleaner includes an array of the plurality of the cleaner units arranged in the transverse direction of the conveyor belt, and a pressure generator for combined with the cleaner units. The pressure generator includes respective support sections which are engaged with corresponding working portions of the scrapers of the cleaner units to integrally move with the forward and backward motion of the scrapers with respect to the belt surface, a pressure passage for causing the support sections to communicate with each other, and a fluid completely filled in the pressure passage.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2000Date of Patent: May 8, 2001Assignee: Nippon Tsusho Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kageyoshi Yoshizako, Masahiro Uchida, Nobuyoshi Fujisaki

Patent number: 5975281Abstract: A scraper constituting a blade which is yieldingly deformable in such a manner as to be curved from a linear state to an arch shape is held by a holding groove of a holder. The holding groove of the holder is formed by a substantially parallel rail like holding groove which is gradually apart from an axis extending to a transverse direction of the belt as the holding wall goes from both ends of the belt to a central portion thereof. The scraper comprises a leg portion inserted into the holding groove of the holder, an extended standing portion projecting from the holding groove so as to be in contact with the surface of the belt and a head portion formed by thickening a thickness of said extended standing portion more than a thickness of the leg portion toward a returning direction of the belt, in which a jaw portion projecting beyond a side surface of the leg portion is formed by a lower portion of said head portion.Type: GrantFiled: November 10, 1997Date of Patent: November 2, 1999Assignee: Nippon Tsusho Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kageyoshi Yoshizako, Yasuhiro Atari
