Abstract: Techniques for keyword generation and distribution for use in accessing a communications device in emergency mode are provided. A communications device may determine an emergency mode has been entered. A keyword associated with a virtual assistant associated with the communications device may be generated. The keyword may be broadcast on a talkgroup associated with the communications device, wherein the keyword may be used by members of the talkgroup to access the virtual assistant associated with the communications device.

Abstract: A process for improving the searchability of incident-specific social media content posted via communication devices. In operation, an electronic computing device obtains incident information identifying an incident location and time of occurrence of the incident. The electronic computing device identifies a communication device located within a predetermined geographical area relative to the incident location during the time of occurrence of the incident. The electronic computing device then generates a concatenated string as a function of incident identifier associated with the incident and device identifier associated with the communication device and transmits an electronic message including the concatenated string to the communication device. The electronic message includes a link to enable the concatenated string to be attached to social media posts including incident-specific social media content posted via the communication device on social media networks.

The RSSI information includes historical RSSI values that were captured at the IoT device during the time of occurrence of the incident. The electronic computing device generates a suspicious object movement pattern corresponding to the at least one IoT device based on variations within the historical RSSI values that were captured at the at least one IoT device during the first time period. A display or audio output device provides a corresponding visual or audio output indicating the suspicious object movement pattern corresponding to the IoT device.
