  • Publication number: 20240090783
Abstract: A heart rate monitor may include a strap and a heart rate monitoring pod releasably coupled to the strap. A securement element may be disposed in the strap to selectively secure the pod to the strap. The pod may be selectively removable from the securement element and include one or more charger contacts. The pod may include one or more LEDs and/or vibrating elements to provide a light animation feedback and/or a haptic feedback to a user. A charger may be provided to charge the pod. The charger and pod may have complementary shapes to align the pod on the charger. For example, placement of the pod on the charger may align the charger contacts of the pod with one or more charging elements (e.g., pins) disposed in the charger.

  • Patent number: 9818397
Abstract: An electronic communication device (104) receives a first set of digital audio signals via radio frequency signaling, translates the first set of digital audio signals from speech of a first language (e.g. English) into translated speech of a second language (e.g., French), and emits the translated speech of the second language via a loudspeaker (226). The electronic communication device (104) also receives a second set of digital audio signals, which it translates from speech of the second language into translated speech of the first language. The electronic communication device (104) transmits, via radio frequency signaling, a third set of digital audio signals. The third set of digital audio signals represents the translated speech of the first language.

  • Publication number: 20150280311
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for an antenna structure (100) configured for attachment to a circuit board (102). The antenna structure includes a main body (103) having a first end (105), a second end (107) opposite from the first end, and a side (109) extending between the first end and the second end. The antenna structure further includes a first support (104) formed from the first end, a second support (106) formed from the second end, and a third support (108) extending from the side of the main body. The main body, the first support, the second support, and the third support are formed from a single conductive sheet. Each of the supports is mechanically attached to the circuit board, and only one of the supports is electrically coupled to an antenna feed of the circuit board.
